Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

 

Field Service Admins are key members in KVH’S Global Field Service team who help to support the Field Service Coordinators with installation and repair cases. Field Service Admins assist with back-end operations such as sending follow-ups to our customers, Fleet Managers, Service Partners, Port Agents, and internal team members to get up-to-date information. Day-to-day activities may include (but is not limited to) screening reports for accurate and complete data, collection and review of attendance documentation, communications with internal and external stakeholders for returned spare parts, and entering data into our case management tool.

Qualifications

What You’ll Need:

 

A strong candidate will have-

  • A proven history of an eye for detail and a go-getter attitude. You thrive when contributing to the success of the team.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication in English.
  • Proficient in standard Microsoft 365 applications and an ability to learn ERP & CRM tools, as needed. Experience with Baan, Kinetic, or Salesforce is a plus but not required.
  • You can communicate effectively with a service mindset, and are comfortable navigating cultural differences when they occur.
  • 1-2 years customer service/data entry experience.
