Candidate will be a key member in KVH’s Global Service Team working to coordinate new equipment installations and repairs on board ships in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

You will get a thorough introduction to our product range, so it is not a requirement that you come from the industry, but we imagine that you come with experience from a production / trading company or a Fleet Manager or a Maritime hardware supplier.

Execution and management of service tasks

· Preparation of installation or repair plans

· Coordination of tasks with our global service network

· Responsibility for follow-up during service tasks

· Responsibility for reporting and financial follow-up as well as invoicing

· Contact point between technical support and customer

· Be able to handle several tasks at the same time and get them efficiently and safely through

· Have good interpersonal skills in an international environment

· See opportunities rather than limitations

· Have good communication skills

· Have commercial flair that can ensure progress in the tasks
