Shared Services Agents will provide back office administrative support to multiple KVH departments. This group will be provided ad hoc and scheduled administrative tasks to review, update, or correct data based on guidance from the KVH department responsible for the task.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities including but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned as required.
· Data entry responsibilities to accurately track and record a variety of information on a database or CRM
· Read, source & prepare documents such as purchase orders, receipts, logistics reports, and enter data in specific data fields using various programs.
· Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data
· Locate and correct data entry errors internally or provided by the customer
· Compile and update manuals, documents and other records;
· Spreadsheet creation and maintenance
· Closely follow established department work instructions to maintain order and account accuracy.
· Assist in maintaining data integrity with participation in data management audits and reconciliations.
· Learn, understand, retain and demonstrate process knowledge.
· Maintain constant communication with Internal KVH Project owner on updates and requirements to complete the project.
Qualifications
· Fluent in verbal and written English.
· Flexibility to work varying and changing shifts.
· Associates degree or higher preferred
· 3 years Data Entry Experience
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Organized and detail oriented.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
· Adaptable to process, policy, and other changes as part of a dynamic environment.
