Sales Operations Coordinator (Temp) will provide administrative, operational, and reporting support to the Global Sales Operations team during a maternity leave coverage period. Working closely with the Sales Operations Specialist and sales teams, this role will help ensure continuity of key sales operations processes, reporting, pricing administration, Salesforce support, data management, and daily business activities. The successful candidate will contribute to efficient sales operations while supporting the needs of a global sales organization.

• Support day-to-day Sales Operations activities and business processes.
• Assist with the administration of sales programs, policies, and procedures.
• Respond to routine inquiries from sales personnel regarding sales processes and systems.
• Maintain and distribute standard reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Support product and service pricing updates and maintenance activities.
• Assist with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce CPQ user support and troubleshooting.
• Monitor and maintain data quality through regular audits and issue resolution.
• Maintain sales operations documentation, process guides, and training materials.
• Provide administrative support for sales operations projects and initiatives.
• Assist with order, quote, and pricing-related processes as required.
• Support cross-functional coordination between Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Operations teams.
• Serve as backup support for critical Sales Operations functions during the maternity leave coverage period.

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Sales Administration, Customer Support, Business Operations, or a related role preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred; Salesforce CPQ experience is a plus.
• Experience creating and maintaining reports and dashboards preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with ERP systems and business applications preferred.
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
