Overview
The Technical Support Engineer is responsible for the design, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting of KVH’s mobile connectivity solutions. Customer Service Agents provide professional, courteous, and high quality customer service by accurately processing customer activation and change requests to subscription services, answering questions about KVH product offerings, responding to billing inquiries, processing customer payments, provisioning services, presenting customers with upgrade opportunities, and other general customer service duties.
Salary Offer: Php 20,000.00 with additional Php 4k upon regularization plus other allowances & benefits.
