As the Country Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the maritime communication sector within Japan. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the maritime communication industry and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. The role demands a self-starter who can work independently, demonstrating exceptional sales acumen and strong account management skills.

The Human Resources Manager will lead, direct, manage and be involved in all the relevant HR functions. This will include staff recruitment including applicant screening and evaluation, administration of pay and benefits, evaluation of work performance, planning and coordination of company events that uplift morale and cohesion and the enforcement of the company’s employee policies and practices. The HR Manager will provide oversight and guidance to the development and monitoring of processes related to the above and contribute to the achievement of the company’s goals and objectives as a member of the Philippine office management team.
